These are wonderful things! Makes my dishwasher rack like new again.

I did not use the glue with these and they still worked. However, if you don’t use the glue they will come off for the first 5 or 6 washings when removing your dishes. I’ve never had them come off while in the wash cycle itself. I think after going through some wash cycles the rubber begins to conform to the tines on the dishwasher rack and won’t come off as easily on their own.

I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is tired of painting over rust spots on the tines of their dishwasher.

I bought enough of these to put on all the tines, even if they weren’t rusty, that way I won’t have to worry about rusty tines again.

Tine Caps Cover and protect both older rack and your dishes from exposed metal and rust. Cheap solution to prolong older racks and a good idea for new ones to prevent wear that would cause damage wash items. Once the standard coating fails the entire tine prong will start rusting from the inside out leading to weak and eventually broken off tines. If I had known this could happen I would have put them on from day one.

Product came very quickly. Glad I got instructions by email. Purchased the paint goop at Lowe’s and cleaned, maybe, 60 tines. Also, nice to receive more than 100. So far looks great and staying in place.
